Keynote: Dr. Amara Enyia

Dr. Amara Enyia is a Public Policy expert on city and state policy as well as international affairs/foreign policy with expertise in Central Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East. She writes extensively on issues of education, economic development, fiscal policy and systems thinking.

Dr. Enyia is the Founder and Principal of ACE Municipal Partners, a full service public policy consulting practice. She received her M.Ed., JD and PhD from the University of Illinois-Urbana. In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Enyia serves as the President of Blue 1647, an entrepreneurship and technology innovation center that fosters economic development in technology and 21st Century skills through people development, workforce development, and business acceleration. She is also the Executive Director of the Austin Chamber of Commerce and serves as Policy Director for the Chicago Principals and Administrators Association.
